The only time you will have to tell us who you are, is when you find something you like. Please click on “Request More Information About Property. A little information window will appear. Only there will you give your email address, and that is only for the broker to contact you. An email will be sent immediately to the corresponding broker regarding your interest.
If you have a friend or a relative who is looking for an apartment, and you found something that could be of interest to them on HotRentalsNY.com, there is a button “Email this Property to Friend”. Click on it, add a few words and press “Send”. Your friend will be instantly notified of your discovery . There will be a direct link to our website, so he/she can see the property you thought might work for them .
If you think that a property advertised on our site has an inaccurate description, incorrect address or any other info that is “fishy”, please click on the button “Report Incorrect Info in This Ad”. Our attention will be brought to it immediately! Don’t forget to enter your name, email address and your phone number. We take complaints very seriously, however, we will not consider anonymous complaints legitimate.
Wait!...There is more!!! On the top right corner of each ad, there is a button. If there is a property that is of no interest to you, you can turn it off. That way, at the end of your search, you will only be left with properties that you liked. It also helps you see only the new properties coming in as the day goes on. The new properties will appear in search results in real time! Now isn’t that amazing?!!
